What courier companies carry out the delivery of Enbio autoclaves?
All our shipments are made through reputable courier companies FedEx and UPS, which guarantees fast and safe delivery of your order. By working with these carriers, we can ensure the highest quality of service and the assurance that your autoclave will arrive intact.
How long does delivery take in Poland?
Delivery within Poland is express and takes just 1 business day from the time of shipment. This means that if your order is placed and paid for by a certain time on a business day, there is a good chance that the autoclave will reach you the very next day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over 250 PLN. For orders with a lower value, the cost of delivery will be specified when finalizing the purchase. Each shipment is made in express mode, which means that we make it a priority to deliver your order as soon as possible.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date and discuss possible alternatives. Our goal is to deliver the ordered equipment as soon as possible, so we constantly monitor inventory and inform customers of any delays.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all shipments are fully insured, which means that in case of loss, damage or any problem with the delivery you can count on full protection and quick resolution of the situation. If you notice any damage to the packaging when you receive the package, we recommend that you make a damage report with the courier and contact us immediately.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the current status of your delivery. Information about the location of the package will be available on the website of the selected carrier.
Is it possible to ship overseas?
If you are interested in shipping outside of Poland, please contact us for available delivery options. Depending on the destination country, we offer different shipping methods and delivery times may vary.
Can I order an autoclave with personal pickup?
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, please contact us to determine the availability of this option. In some cases, it may be possible to pick up at our warehouse or distribution point.
Returns
Orders from PureClave can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
How to package the product?
To avoid damage in transit, please pack the returned goods carefully (preferably in the original shipping box).
How to make a return?
To report a return, please send an email to info@pureclave.pl, stating your order and invoice number, and which product you wish to return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the return, we will send a receipt via email.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. However, we reserve the right to verify that the returned merchandise is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, undamaged, and in good working order before making a refund.
