When is it a good idea to use the 121°C sterilization program?
The so-called lower-temperature (121°C) sterilization program is designed for more delicate instruments that can be damaged at standard temperatures (134°C). It is a particularly useful option for more heat-sensitive materials, such as some autoclavable plastic parts.
This program is used in the sterilization of dental or cosmetic tools - for example, microdermabrasion needles, in the PMU and Tattoo industries or also sometimes in the cosmetic industry (for example, sterilization of toothbrushes).

How are sterilization processes recorded?
The Enbio S autoclave records all sterilization processes in the my.Enbio App, eliminating the need for paper printouts. Unlike autoclaves from other brands, most of which print confirmations on built-in thermal papers that are prone to abrasion, Enbio provides permanent and easily accessible records. As a result, there is no risk of losing sterilization evidence, avoiding problems during sanitary inspections.
What is the difference between Enbio S and Enbio Beauty Edition?
The Enbio S differs from the Enbio Beauty Edition not only in appearance, but has richer functionality, making it a more advanced device.
Key differences include:
Lower-temperature sterilization (121°C) -This program allows you to safely sterilize more delicate instruments that may be damaged under standard conditions (134°C). Allows sterilization of heat-sensitive materials, including some autoclavable plastic parts.
Energy saving mode - Enbio S works more efficiently, saving money in daily use. When not in use, it can go into sleep mode, which saves power consumption.
Ability to have multiple users and PIN codes - Each user can have his or her own account secured by a unique PIN code, allowing you to control access to the device and monitor its use, which is especially useful in larger salons or clinics. This significantly helps with control and record keeping of sterilizations performed.
Automation of vacuum and Bowie & Dick tests - The device can independently perform these tests at a set time, so that the autoclave is already ready for use before the start of operation, which saves time and increases convenience.
